A northern Michigan county that was sued over the counting of its Fall election says it will be counting paper ballots by hand in their May 4th primary.

Antrim County commissioners have turned down a request from the county clerk for five thousand dollars to prepare Dominion Voting machines for the upcoming election.

Antrim County is still locked in litigation with a resident who accused officials of fraud in last Fall's election.
