Credit Union Pledges 25K Maternity Suite At Alpena Hospital Tower

Women and families needing maternity care in Northeast Michigan will benefit from a donation provided by Alpena Alcona Area Credit Union, which pledged 25-thousand ($25,000.00) dollars.

Money will go to MyMichigan Medical Center Alpena for a Labor, Delivery, Recovery and Postpartum (LDRP) suite in the Medical Centerís new 99,000 square foot patient tower scheduled to open in April 2022.

The first Five thousand dollar check of five years of installments was recently presented to hospital officials.
