ACC Trustees Complimentary of President In Evaluation

The Alpena Community College Board of Trustees met Thursday and after a closed session were very complimentary of President Don MacMaster’s performance in the past year.

His strengths noted were an ability to manage multiple and prospective building projects with funding, outreach, developing groundwork for athletic eligibility for Early College Students, harvesting funding, and always looking for the next opportunity.

The trustees approved a one-step increase in compensation for the president, which is comparable to what all other ACC employees will get in the coming year.
