Mon, 20 Jul 2020 06:00:31 EDT

The current state average price of $2.19 ($2.19.3) for a gallon of regular gas was down nearly six cents (5.7) in the past week, and over 63 cents (.63.4) lower than last year at this time.

Annalists say decreasing supplies has lead to a national higher average, but some areas bucked the trend with less use.

The state low and high ranged between $1.71 and $2.59, while the national average was $2.19.

Around the Northeast Lower Michigan Region, prices remained fairly stable. As of Sunday evening, prices included Gaylord being the low spot at $2.02... Alpena $2.03... Grayling $2.11... Tawas $2.17... Oscoda $2.24... while Cheboygan and Rogers City were $2.25.
