Gas Prices Drop Slightly

Lower demand and more supplies resulted in the state average gas price of $2.15 being just over four cents cheaper than last week, and over 72 cents lower than last year.

Prices ranged from $1.65 and $2.49 while the national average was $2.18.

In No0rtheast Lower Michigan, prices had dropped slightly but then bounced back slightly in some areas. As of Sunday evening, Gaylord was $1.91... Alpena $2.03... Grayling $2.05... Tawas $2.15... Oscoda $2.21... while Cheboygan and Rogers City were $2.25.
