Over to Detroit, the Pistons have a road game tonight against the Cleveland Cavaliers. Tip off is at 7 p.m.
Also, speaking of Detroit, new Suns owner & MSU alum Matt Ishbia denies a report that he'll bring Pistons Hall of Famer Isaiah Thomas into a front office role in Phoenix.
The Red Wings lost in their first game out of the All Star Break. Edmonton wins in Detroit 5-2. Tyler Bertuzzi and Joe Veleno scored for Detroit. Lucas Raymond, Dylan Larkin, Moritz Seider and Jake Walman had assists. The Wings next game will be against Calgary tomorrow night at 7 p.m.
Michigan State held on to beat Maryland in East Lansing, 63-58. Joey Hauser led all scorers with 20. MSU improves their Big 10 record to (7-6).
Finally, Michigan will have a basketball game tonight. They will host Nebraska at 6:30 p.m.
