Michigan hockeys run for a title ended in overtime against Denver during the semifinals
of the Frozen Four as a 2-2 tie snapped off a rebound goal after 75 minutes of play. 3-2
the final as the Wolverines go home after a high octane run in the tournament.


Michigan States James Piot will get an opportunity to improve on his opening round 81
after his first taste of the Masters playing with Hideki Matsuyama and Justin Thomas.
The low amateur so far is Keita Nakajima of Japan at Even par. Piot will tee off at
1:52pm for his second round today.


And its the first day of the regular season for the Tigers who will begin their campaign
at Comerica Park against the White Sox at 1pm, pending some sketchy weather
forecasted in Detroit.


And head coach Dan Campbell of the Lions sitting down with reporters to discuss the
upcoming NFL draft saying that they're looking for a Day 1 starter at No.2 overall and a
