Luck wasnt quite with the Pistons during the NBA lottery, falling two spots to No.5,
which is where theyll select first in next months draft and GM Troy Weaver says thats
just fine.
Weaver says theyre confident in their ability to develop young players and that the top
half of the draft has a solid array of talent to pick from.


The winning streak of the Tigers is over after falling in Tampa Bay, 8-1 only able to put
together one run on 7 hits not able to add to their score with bases loaded and nobody
out in the 8th inning. Beau Brieski with his roughest outing giving up 6 runs on 9 hits in
just over 5 innings of work. Jaimer Candelario had the only ribbie with a solo shot in the
5th.


And a college baseball rivalry game Michigan beats MSU 11-8 after scoring 9 first
inning runs and holding on for the win in Ann Arbor. Theyre now 4-0 against the
