The Tigers have now lost 6 of 9 games after falling to the White Sox, 9-5 at Comerica
Park in their first of a three game set. Detroit brought the game to within two before
Jose Abreu added an insurance 2-run run homerun in the ninth for Chicago. Kody
Clemens finally brought out of his 0-for-17 slump to notch his first two Big League hits,
including two runs and a walk.

Also before the game, the team placed starter Eduardo Rodriguez on the restricted list
indefinitely due to a personal issues with no clarification as to why, as of yet.


The Michigan Open golf tournament happening up in Acme, just outside of Traverse
City Patrick Wilkes-Krier of Ann Arbor leads after one round at 8-under par, including a
double eagle on No.10. 3-shots back are Kyle Dobbs from Pinckney and Westlands
Donnie Trosper. Round 2 of 4 at the Bear in Grand Traverse starting this morning.


And Jordan Poole supplied 14 points off the Warriors bench, including 3 triples to help
lead the Warriors to a pivotal Game 5 win over the Celtics. Draymond Green put up 8-8-
and-6. Golden State now leads 3 games to 2 and are one win away from their 4th
